Sign in with CognitoPlatform ownership alone does not confer tenant data access. Actions require active membership, READY database routing, and assigned tenant permissions.

Required permission: TENANT_USERS_MANAGE
No authorized records loaded. Select a register after session activation; an empty result is not evidence that permissions have been granted.
User and role registers remain read-only. Role-change requests and independent reviews require an explicitly enabled, separately scoped administrator writer; when that service is not provisioned, the system denies these actions. Invitations, revocations and system-superadministrator provisioning require separate approved workflows.
Controlled synthetic environment. No execution, settlement, accounting posting, bank transfer or regulator submission.
